STEP 1: QUOTE.
Upon your request, the quote will be determined on the basis of your cabinet layouts
provided. If plans are unavailable, we also render site measure options. However, you might
need to wait for the quote depending upon the first measure date available in our schedule.
For accurate quotes, you need to provide us more information about your personal choices
such as style, color and preferred stone along with the sinks and appliances of the place.
There are some items excluded from the standard quote. It’s important for us to make
our clients aware of those additional costs that are charged for the additional work done.
The work includes removal of existing countertop, reconnection of dishwasher, plumbing or
electrical, lazy-suzan posts and other cabinet related elements. There are many cabinet
modifications such as heavy sinks, fitting the sink into a cabinet and many more.
STEP 2: CHOOSING RIGHT MATERIAL.
Some natural products such as granite, marble, limestone etc. are distinguished on the basis
of pattern variation. We encourage our clients to choose the best stone for their location.
Thus, we execute a slab selection and placement program to ensure that our clients are
satisfied with the stone and its characteristics.
There are numerous ways to select perfect material for your place. You can browse over
various websites providing information about countertop material. Visit a stone yard to
inspect the stones especially with your fabricator. They can guide you better about what
stone will provide a perfect look to your place without burning your savings. It might seem
time consuming but it's for your good.
STEP 3: TEMPLATING COUNTERTOPS.
After getting your approval, we will request to deposit 50% of the amount to further proceed
to template stage. Once the cabinets are installed, our professional ‘templators’ will visit
your place to move further with your project. The location of seam and faucet is determined
during the templating session. It is strongly recommended to check the sink size before
placing an order for a new sink. You can ask our sales team if you have any doubt about the
size.
Before Templating
All the crucial elements of the kitchen such as sinks, RO filters, hot water
dispensers, stove, cook top etc. must be available before the templating process.
New Kitchen
You must notify your kitchen contractor about cabinet installation date to avoid any
delay in the scheduling. Make sure all the cabinetry and other elements of the countertops
must be leveled and properly installed.
Existing Kitchen
Clear the countertops of appliances and decor. Riverbend’s employees will not be held
responsible for any damage to articles or surface.
STEP 4: FABRICATION.
We use our state of the art CNC equipment to fabricate the granite stone. For additional
touch-ups and polish, we always employ knowledgeable stone fabricators. After commencement
of fabrication, you will be contacted to confirm the installation date and time.
STEP 5: INSTALLATION.
Before Installation: It is advisable to clear all the content of the sinks and drawers to
avoid any debris entering during installation. Heavy granite tops must be provided
sufficient way to reach the destination. Riverbend Stoneworks should not be blamed for any
household article or appliance damage.
After the completion of the installation process, we will request you to clear off
your balance payment.
